Pomodoro Technique
This is a study method that utilizes a set timer which gives you 25 mins of a distraction-free study session followed by a 5 minute break in order to avoid burnout.
Active Recall
Active recall is a learning method where you continuously test yourself by pulling information out of your memory instead of just passively reading notes. This can be done via flashcards, blurting etc.
Spaced Repetition
Spaced repetition is a study technique at which where you review information at increasing time intervals and revising old material to strengthen long-term memory.
Feynman Technique
Feynman Technique is a 4 step learning method where you would write down a concept, explai it as if you were explaining to a child, find gaps in your explanation and then review those gaps.
